Stellantis successfully reduced its U.S. inventory by over 100,000 vehicles, as reported by North American chief Antonio Filosa at the Detroit Auto Show. This achievement comes in response to previous challenges following the abrupt departure of former CEO Carlos Tavares. The company implemented substantial consumer discounts to clear excess inventory, targeting a dealer inventory of no more than 330,000 vehicles by the end of the year, amidst ongoing uncertainties regarding EV demand and potential tariff threats from the incoming administration.
