Steward Health Care, currently in bankruptcy, has received court approval to sell its physician network for $245 million while facing challenges in selling its Massachusetts hospitals, one of which has been seized by the state. The judge's decision allows the company to proceed with the sale to Rural Healthcare Group, as part of ongoing efforts to resolve approximately $9 billion in debt.
