Strategic Memorandum Signed with HGC and AMS-IX Propelling Toward the East Asia Digital Hub

Taiwanese telecommunications company iPhoton announces the signing of a strategic memorandum with Amsterdam Internet Exchange AMS-IX, ranked third globally, and ICT service operator HGC. With prominent private submarine cable systems in the Asia-Pacific region already converging in iPhoton, the collaboration aims to elevate iPhoton to become the East Asia digital hub and AI cloud application center. AMS-IX, with 920 members, partners with HGC in Asia; Taipei Internet Exchange Center (TPIX), led by iPhoton, ranks 82 globally, serving members such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. Through this partnership, TPIX members can expand network resources in markets like Hong Kong, facilitated by HGC’s global network infrastructure. The collaboration is expected to enhance traffic exchange and boost transcultural Internet ecosystem growth.
