NTHU's Culinary Department launched the 'San Lou' dining brand, infusing 'food aesthetics' into the campus, providing students with the opportunity to operate restaurants during their studies, accumulating practical experience for the future. With an emphasis on creativity and finesse, the menu features dishes like the 'Smoked Bonito with Kombu Nori Sauce,' blending Japanese, Italian, and French influences, as well as visually stunning desserts like the 'Ballad of the Forest' chocolate dessert and the 'Handmade Popcorn Ice Cream.' Through hands-on experience, students not only learn the art of cooking but also gain valuable insights into restaurant management, setting a solid foundation for their careers.
