On June 28th, the Futures Association held the 7th Annual Membership Meeting at the Regent Taipei Hotel. Key attendees included the Chairpersons of the Financial Supervisory Commission, Securities and Futures Bureau, and Taiwan Futures Exchange, along with other related industry leaders. The meeting, led by Chairman Chen Peijun, reviewed the previous year's work reports, financial statements, and approved plans for the upcoming year. With an attendance rate of 81.6%, including 208 member representatives, the meeting was successfully concluded. Important discussions on enhancing Taiwan's futures market competitiveness through new products were highlighted by the supervisors. Plans for future market developments were also shared by the exchange Chairman. Various initiatives to expand the futures market and prevent financial fraud were presented as key focus areas for future growth.
