During the legislative session on June 21, 2024, the opposition Kuomintang (KMT) mobilized the 'Blue Eagle Action' in support of expanding parliamentary powers, resulting in noise complaints from students at Successful High School. Students raised concerns about the loud noise impacting their classes and appealed to their district legislator Wu Pei-yi. Following intervention from the Taipei City Education Bureau, the students were relocated to a quieter area on campus. Wu Pei-yi emphasized the importance of maintaining order during political mobilizations to ensure students' right to education is not compromised.
