Entertainer Sun Peng's only son, Sun Anzuo, alongside a manager surnamed Zhu, appeared with a gas gun in Taipei's Xinyi District, sparking public outcry. Following a search by law enforcement on June 19, Sun Anzuo was released on bail of 300,000 NTD and placed under house arrest with his father Sun Peng held responsible. Sun Peng urgently assembled an 'Ace Legal Team' to aid his son, with the legal team's composition now revealed. The incident involving firearms began when Zhu informed authorities that they would appear in Xinyi District, but the police intervened before any testing occurred. Zhu claimed the gas gun was non-lethal and fell outside weapon control regulations. As the gas gun's lethality is being investigated, Sun Anzuo was bailed but under monitoring and with his father's accountability pending.
