Sun Shengxi, who released her 6th album 'Boomerang' at the end of last year, has successfully been nominated for 'Best Mandarin Female Singer' at the 35th Golden Melody Awards. In a recent interview with Sanli News Network, she expressed feeling at ease this time despite past anxieties about achievements and losses. Sun Shengxi spent three years completing her new album and disclosed that she prayed at a Thai temple for success but accidentally prayed in the wrong direction due to rushing. Despite contemplating a daring outfit for the awards, she eventually decided against it. Taking charge for the first time in album production, Sun Shengxi found overseeing the progress the most challenging aspect but was relieved everything was completed on time. Considering practical aspects, she announced a temporary album release postponement.
