Yahoo奇摩 reported that the Secretary-General of the Supervisory Yuan, Li Chun-yi, announced that the parliamentary reform bill violates the principle of separation of powers in the constitution. To safeguard the investigation authority of the Supervisory Yuan, they will apply for constitutional interpretation and temporary disposal. Li emphasized the need to respect the constitution before amending it and welcomed the Legislative Yuan to propose amendments. He stated that the investigation right belongs to the Supervisory Yuan and urged against concentrating all powers in the Legislative Yuan to maintain the principle of power separation.
