In the early morning of July 8th, Lin Shijie, the Director of a Fishing Association in Tainan City, was fatally shot at close range outside his home. The surveillance footage captured the moment when the suspect suddenly emerged and fired multiple shots at Lin before fleeing. Lin suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his face, chest, and neck, and despite being rushed to the hospital and undergoing half an hour of resuscitation, he succumbed to his injuries at 6:40 am. Police are investigating the incident, examining the footage for clues to the suspect's whereabouts.
