According to a survey conducted by the Ketagalan Foundation's 'New Taiwan Strategy Think Tank,' the top three most satisfactory new cabinet ministers are Minister of Foreign Affairs Lin Chia-lung (55.3%), Minister of National Defense Koo Li-hsiung (52.6%), and Minister of Economic Affairs Guo Chih-hui (51.6%). The lowest satisfaction rating belongs to Minister of Digital Development Huang Yan-nan, with only 39.2% approval, possibly due to public dissatisfaction with the government's performance in combating fraud. The survey was released a month after Premier Cho Rong-tai and his cabinet took office and analyzed various ministers' performance and public satisfaction levels.
