According to a survey by Mirror News, 47.4% of people support the Parliament Empowerment Act, while 25.0% oppose it. The survey also found that 41.0% would support a vote of no confidence if the act fails, and 41.7% support the dissolution of the parliament by the president if a no-confidence motion is raised. The survey also touched on support for the proposed Eastern Taiwan transportation legislation, with 29.8% in favor and 58.1% against.
