T1 league's New Taipei ChungHsing's star player Abasi is reported to join Japan's B.League top-tier team Akita Northern Happinets, becoming the first Taiwan-born player to join a B.League top-tier team, and is expected to face Japanese star Watanabe Yuta who will return to B.League this year. ChungHsing officially announced today (June 11) that Abasi, known as the 'Special Attack Black Panther,' will exercise his contract rights abroad, with ChungHsing giving full support and blessings for his future.
