The Taipei Film Festival 2024 opened with the premiere of 'Ping Pong Boys', where the cast including Peng Yukai, Li Xingwei, Xu Ruoxuan, Zheng Renshuo, Shi Mingshuai, Wei Man, along with director Hong Bohao and producer Tang Zaiyang attended. During the event, Zheng Renshuo was teased for not keeping his promise to take someone to an amusement park. Peng Yukai jokingly shared that in real life, even his parents knew Zheng's identity and joked about him being a gangster. When asked about their favorite male star, Peng Yukai immediately praised Xu Guanghan, causing laughter in the audience. The child stars in the film, Peng Yukai and Li Xingwei, shared their experiences, with Li humorously mentioning his forced entry into table tennis by his mother. The film 'Ping Pong Boys', featuring child actors selected from 500 candidates, is set to release at the end of the year.
