Taichung McDonald's double homicide case has been concluded as the suspect has already passed away, resulting in no prosecution by the High Prosecutors' Office. The case involved a 55-year-old woman named Chen who was killed by her ex-husband, surnamed Qi, in a McDonald's parking lot in January. Despite the investigation confirming Qi as the perpetrator, his suicide led to the decision of non-prosecution, as per relevant criminal procedure laws.
