Tainan's 'Qi Sen Beef Noodle Soup' in Madou District, known for not cancelling its 'eat-all-you-can' offer of braised egg and minced pork rice during the recent egg shortage, has now adjusted its prices due to inflation. The boss revealed that amidst rising costs of rent, rice, and minced pork, daily consumption has increased by 200 eggs, leading to a price increase of 10 NT dollars to 130 NT dollars for the special offer. Customers consuming more eggs recently prompted this decision, with an average of 700 eggs being used daily compared to the previous 500. The store's decision to maintain the offer during egg shortages seems to have attracted more customers, increasing daily egg consumption by approximately 200 eggs.
