On July 8, 2024, Mayor of Taoyuan City, Cheng Shan-cheng, attended the 'Airport Virtual Guest Services Global Launch Event,' marking the application of AI technology in airport VIP lounge services in Taoyuan. The collaboration between Digital Kingdom and Everspring Group will introduce AI virtual guest services at Taoyuan International Airport, making it the first stop for this service. This innovative move is thanks to the support of Mayor Cheng and will elevate smart services to a new level by utilizing AI virtual assistants for passenger inquiries and information services in the airport VIP lounges.
