As the pandemic eases, many are eager to travel abroad during the holiday season, resulting in long queues at the departure hall of Taipei International Airport. To enhance passenger clearance services, the airport has adjusted the outbound priority channel rules starting from June 6th, specifying eligibility criteria and the number of accompanying persons for eight categories of individuals who can use the priority channels. Additionally, Taipei Airport has implemented measures such as adding an outbound security line, upgrading a smart security line, and optimizing queuing procedures to shorten peak departure waiting times. Travelers are encouraged to utilize the convenient measures, including the upgraded automatic clearance process, to streamline the travel experience.
