Wu Tse-han, daughter of famous artist Wu Chung-hsien, operates a café in Taipei's East District which was unexpectedly vandalized by two men wearing black in March. The suspects initially claimed a dispute with the café, but later stated they were there to collect debt from Wu Chung-hsien. After the incident, the two were arrested and charged with destruction of property, public intimidation, and other offenses. The café suffered a loss of NT$163,000, and the suspects also damaged items worth NT$35,000 in a building management office on the first floor before being reported by both the café and building committee.
