Despite being officially open for almost half a year, the Taipei Dome has yet to host a concert, with the Taipei City Council failing to reach a consensus on the matter during party consultations. The council plans to discuss the issue at a meeting next Wednesday after a 1.5-hour party consultation session, focusing on revising specific building regulations. The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has proposed that the city government should handle the matter independently, while differing opinions among party groups persist.
