Taipei District Prosecutors' Office has charged a female employee surnamed Liu from Taipei City Social Affairs Bureau and her boyfriend with violating the Drug Control Act, as Liu is suspected of selling cannabis vape cartridges on the 3rd floor of the city hall, while her boyfriend is suspected of possessing cannabis. Prosecutors are seeking a heavy sentence for Liu, who faces a prison term of over 10 years. The prosecution discovered that Liu's boyfriend purchased cannabis and vape cartridges from a dealer named 'MARK' and passed them to Liu for distribution at the Taipei City Hall. Liu's boyfriend also transferred cannabis to Liu for personal use, and Liu is under separate investigation for drug use. The prosecution emphasized Liu's abuse of her position as a government employee, selling drugs at a government institution and showing no remorse, urging the court to impose a severe penalty.
