The Taipei City Water Recycling Center located at Shihgang Dam was awarded the National Environmental Education Excellence Award. This marks the first time Taipei City Government has received this award and the center is the only water resource recycling center in Taiwan to be honored. The award recognizes the efforts of the Water Resources Bureau and its operating partners in promoting environmental education to enhance public awareness, environmental protection, and sustainable development goals.
