Taipei Designer Fooled by Pretend Wealthy Businessman Reveals Income Status

Reported about 1 year ago

According to SET News on June 22, 2024, interior designer Wen Tsui-Ping was deceived by someone claiming to be a rich businessman for collaboration but turned out to be a fraud, even borrowing 50,000 dollars from her assistant and not repaying for over a year. After another gallery director proposed collaboration over a meal at a five-star restaurant with no follow-up, Wen was upset, vowing to sign contracts and receive deposits before future collaborations. Wen disclosed that income as a designer surpasses that of being a celebrity, earning around a million dollars per project, but she denied financial freedom, aiming to pay off all loans and have a cash reserve of 30-50 million dollars, expressing the journey as tough.
