Reported 7 months ago

According to the 'Architectural Technical Regulations' Article 127, the Taipei Dome's audience seating should be within 7 meters below ground level, but it was dug 10.5 meters below, not meeting the regulation and preventing concerts from being held. Taipei City Council Speaker Dai Hsin-chin invited political parties to negotiate to resolve the issue but consensus was not reached. Dai emphasized that the negotiation should not turn into political rhetoric and urged sincere support for hosting concerts based on facts, emphasizing the need to avoid political bickering and focus on solutions.
