Reported about 1 year ago
The Taipei Dome, which has been in operation for nearly a year, experienced its first 'ball hitting' incident today, as pointed out by Taipei City Councilor Chen Youcheng of the People's Party. Chen had been reminding the Jiang administration to make overall improvements since a year ago, emphasizing the need for the Far Eastern Group and the city government to take action and not compromise the rights of Taiwanese baseball fans. The incident was attributed to the controversial white color of the seats in the Taipei Dome, which makes it difficult to distinguish whether a ball hit a seat or railings, leading to disputes and potential harm to players and Taiwan's international sports qualifications.
