Huang is restricted from lavish spending and transportation methods, with the agency offering rewards ranging from 30,000 NTD to 1,000,000 NTD for tips on his assets or tax evasion. Huang and family were involved in a 10 billion NTD investment scam, fleeing to Canada for six years before voluntarily returning to Taiwan, with Huang facing charges of over 71 million NTD in unpaid taxes and fines.
