A famous dessert shop owner surnamed Lu in Tianmu, Taipei, was caught for the fourth time for using marijuana. Lu was previously sentenced to 2 years in prison, suspended for 5 years, for attempting to manufacture second-level drugs. He was caught again for using marijuana, and the court approved his admission to a rehab center. Lu, who learned dessert making on his own and opened successful shops in Tianmu, was found to have attempted growing marijuana at home and faced legal consequences. Despite his two dessert shops operating as usual, his planned reopening of a toast shop has been postponed.
