The Taipei International Food Series Exhibition opened grandly at the Nangang Exhibition Halls on June 26th, featuring various sub-exhibitions such as the Taipei International Food Expo, Taipei International Food Processing Machinery Expo, Taiwan International Biopharmaceutical Equipment Expo, Taipei International Packaging Industry Expo, and Taiwan International Hotel and Restaurant Equipment Expo. With over 1600 domestic and international vendors utilizing nearly 4500 booths, this year's exhibition showcases strong growth in the food industry, attracting renowned local manufacturers and 22 countries to display diverse international cuisines. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the food industry was a significant highlight, showcasing automation, monitoring technology, and micro-mechanical arms to enhance transparency in the food supply chain, ensure food safety, maintain high quality, productivity, and competitiveness in the food industry. Various activities and forums are also held during the exhibition to enrich visitors' experience and promote industry innovation and sustainability.
