A jewelry store in Taichung's Qing Shui District was robbed by a man who pretended to buy gold jewelry and then made off with items worth $300,000. The police quickly identified and arrested the 33-year-old suspect from Taoyuan within 3 hours in Wuci District, recovering the stolen items. The suspect confessed to the crime and was charged with robbery.
