Taipei Land Development Company faced multiple default incidents involving over 400 million in the past years and was delisted from the stock exchange in August the year before. Following reports, the company is suspected of creating false transaction records during financial crises, violating the Securities and Exchange Act. The Taipei City Prosecutor's Office directed investigations and summoned former chairman Chiou Fusheng and other related individuals for questioning. Chiou Fusheng, the former chairman of Taipei Land Development Company, is suspected of violating the Securities and Exchange Act and is expected to be questioned by the prosecutor's office tonight.
