During a street demonstration in Taipei organized by the DPP on June 16, DPP legislator Wang Shih-cheng criticized the KMT, stating that 'your KMT has no blue bird,' and suggested that KMT legislators bring out the blue bird, overthrow the government, dissolve the parliament, and hold new elections to avoid social turmoil due to recall cases. Taipei Mayor Jiang Wanan, when asked about this, furrowed his brows and questioned the manner of expression. The Parliament Reform Review Bill will be voted on the 21st, with both blue and green camps conducting outreach activities, while pro-green civic groups have called for the return of the 'blue bird' around the Legislative Yuan on June 19-21.
