According to a news article from CtiTV, Taichung Mayor Lu Shiow-Yen is expected to visit the United States in late July. The trip is said to include visits to Los Angeles, Houston, Seattle, and Cupertino in the Bay Area. The Taichung City Government is actively preparing for the itinerary, with a welcoming banquet being organized by the Los Angeles overseas community. Vice Mayor Zheng Zhaoshin mentioned that the trip is still under planning and they will officially announce the details once finalized.
