Recently, many students at Taipei Normal University in Taiwan have received scam messages claiming that they are failing half of their credits for the semester and will be expelled, along with a link to click. The university clarified that this message is fake as they have already canceled the '21 drop out system'. The university warns students not to fall for the scam, has reported it to the police, and issued campus security alerts. This scam involves impersonating school administrators sending messages to students, falsely claiming failure in credits and expulsion, prompting students to click on a provided link, which is not related to Taipei Normal University. Students are advised to verify any suspicious messages with school staff or the anti-fraud consultation hotline before taking any action.
