The Taipei City Government's Urban Development Department mentioned that starting in 2019, specific conditions need to be met for pet grooming businesses in residential areas, including obtaining written consent from the building owners. The owner's girlfriend discovered him deceased in the shop yesterday, leading to investigations that showed no foul play was involved.
