Senior artist Sun Peng's home was searched by Taipei police and judicial personnel with a warrant, and his son Sun Anzuo is currently being questioned. The Taipei Criminal Police Division stated that no illegal items were found at the residence. Sun Anzuo recently caused a stir in Thailand for sneaking marijuana; on the 15th, he appeared at a nightclub in Xinyi District, Taipei with a gas-powered gun hanging from the waist of his manager Zhu, sparking controversy. Zhu explained that the gun was developed by Sun Anzuo himself, had a short range, no killing power, and was completely legal, drawing attention to its use like a large fireworks lighter for lighting fires and barbecues. Zhu previously mentioned that Sun Anzuo planned to make the gun available for public orders and intended to perform with it on stage by spraying fire during an event at the end of August.
