Taiwanese legislator Huang Kuo-chang has filed a lawsuit against media personality Zhou Yukou for falsely accusing him of 'forcing female students in the classroom.' Prosecutors have deemed Zhou's social media posts damaging to Huang's reputation and have charged her with aggravated defamation. Zhou denies the accusations, but the court has ruled in favor of Huang, ordering Zhou to pay a fine of 300,000 New Taiwan Dollars, delete the defamatory posts, and publish the court's judgment. The prosecution's investigation determined that Zhou's false allegations were sufficient to harm Huang's reputation and social standing, leading to the indictment for aggravated defamation.
