The private kitchen '喜相逢麵館' in Taipei, known for its unique menu-less dining experience and exclusive reservations, is accused of evading taxes by not issuing receipts despite earning millions yearly. The restaurant, which seats only 10-12 people per table and charges 1500 to 8000 NTD per person, is now under investigation by the tax authorities for potential tax evasion. The restaurant has since updated its business registration to 'closed', claiming they are now only 'entertaining friends' after previously stating they no longer wished to operate as a public restaurant.
