Dacheng High School, a private school in Taipei with a 58-year history, is considering the option of stopping admissions due to declining birth rates. The school principal, Xiao Qirong, mentioned that this is still under discussion and no formal application has been made to the education bureau. If the decision is made, current students will be allowed to graduate before the transition, with a potential stop in admissions by the 114th academic year. The school offers programs such as Automotive Engineering, Catering Management, Architecture, Interior Space Design, and General Studies, with around 200 students currently enrolled.
