Founded in 1965, Taipei's private Fu Jen Senior High School (Fu Jen High School) held its last graduation ceremony today with about 100 graduating students, marking the end of its educational legacy due to declining student numbers. The school, which had announced a halt in student enrollment for the 111th academic year and later decided to cease operations, will officially close at the end of July. Despite the private ceremony, the school plans to organize an alumni reunion in August and digitize its historical records. The school is ensuring a smooth academic closure for its remaining students and assisting staff with job placements or providing severance pay, with plans to reapply for operation approval in the future to continue serving the community.
