The owner of a well-known dessert shop in Tianmu, Taipei, has been caught for drug abuse for the fourth time, with the latest incident involving marijuana. Despite being given deferred prosecution for the previous three offenses, the prosecutor deems the treatment ineffective and has requested mandatory rehab, resulting in the owner having to stay in a rehabilitation facility for a month. The owner, from a well-off family background, had studied dessert-making in Japan and gained fame in Taipei, but his drug abuse issues are affecting the planned opening of a new shop.
