A new trend in social housing has emerged in Taipei, with 36 households in the East District sharing co-living spaces where 6 households share one entrance, living room, kitchen, and balcony, governed by a community living management agreement. If a total of 100 points are deducted, the lease will be terminated and occupants will be forced to move out. This innovative living concept aims to provide affordable housing options while promoting communal living and shared spaces, although differences in lifestyle habits among occupants may pose challenges.
