In Taipei's Beitou District, a 35-year-old man named Zhuang got into a car dispute and was chased by another car after almost colliding while changing lanes, with the occupants using a baseball bat to hit his car. The police arrested a 26-year-old man named Que for damaging property and obstructing freedom of others, after Zhuang claimed Que almost hit him while changing lanes. Surveillances captured the cars weaving through the streets before the police arrested Que. Authorities advise the public to report urgent car disputes to the police and not resort to violence.
