Taipei Tri-Service General Hospital faced a sudden computer system failure at the Neihu branch, causing a complete paralysis of the computer network, including the registration system. This led to patients being unable to receive medical services, prompting the hospital to switch to paper-based operations. The system was later restored due to network equipment malfunction. The hospital is gradually repairing the issue and ensuring patient care while providing paper-based services in the meantime.
