Xie Jinhe mentioned that with Modi's re-election, Taiwanese businesses are changing from just using cheap labor in India to fully utilizing Indian talents, indicating a potentially better future for Taiwan-India bilateral relations. Despite China's strong protests, the relationship between China and India cannot return to what it was, allowing Taiwan and India to have better development opportunities ahead, especially with India's exclusion of China's supply chain.
