FTNN News Network - June 30, 2024, 12:15 a.m. (FTNN News Network) - Taiwan CPC has announced that starting from tomorrow, gasoline and diesel prices will each be reduced by 0.2 Yuan, with reference retail prices at 28.9 Yuan per liter for 92 unleaded gasoline, 30.4 Yuan for 95 unleaded gasoline, 32.4 Yuan for 98 unleaded gasoline, and 26.4 Yuan for super diesel. Due to the recent tensions in the Middle East, international oil prices have slightly increased. Therefore, CPC will make adjustments following the dual stabilizing mechanism, absorbing 3.5 Yuan and 4.9 Yuan respectively for gasoline and diesel. This adjustment aims to maintain prices below neighboring Asian countries like Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
