The Central Weather Bureau in Taiwan issued high-temperature warnings for 15 counties and cities with temperatures exceeding 37 degrees Celsius in multiple locations. Cloud Lin recorded a high of 38.4 degrees Celsius, while areas like Taipei City, Changhua County, Tainan City, Kaohsiung City, and Pingtung County all reached temperatures above 37 degrees. The Bureau warned of extreme heat in certain areas and advised precautions against the scorching weather.
