Lin Shijie, the director of the Fishery Association in Tainan City, was shot dead yesterday morning at his residence. The Tainan District Prosecutors Office conducted a five-hour autopsy in Kaohsiung and Tainan, confirming that the victim was shot 11 times with over 20 bullet holes, including 5 shots through the chest, resulting in his death. The perpetrator's meticulous planning and escape tactics have made it challenging for the authorities to track the suspect. Further investigations are ongoing to bring the culprit to justice.
