According to a survey by the World Sleep Society in 2023, the prevalence rate of insomnia in Taiwan is about 17%, estimating a population of nearly 4 million people suffering from insomnia. Modern lifestyles with high stress and a hectic pace have made 'getting a good night's sleep' a common issue for many. Recent frequent earthquakes in Taiwan have worsened the problem, leading to 'pseudo-earthquake, insomnia anxiety' syndrome, causing mental tension and significantly affecting sleep quality. To help with sleep disorders, in addition to consulting experts and adjusting daily routines, nutritional elements in diet also play a role.
