According to SET statistics, Taiwan Land Development Company has experienced multiple delisting incidents with amounts exceeding 400 million NT dollars. Amid financial crisis suspicions, the company is being investigated for creating false trading records and violating the Securities Law. The former chairman Qiu Fusheng and others were summoned for questioning by the Taipei District Prosecutors Office. Further details are pending clarification by the authorities. Taiwan Land Development Company, established in 1964, assisted in developing industrial parks, commercial and residential properties before being delisted in 2022 with a cumulative amount of over 400 million NT dollars due to delisting incidents.
