According to a survey by the Ministry of Health in Taiwan, the average height of 18-year-old Taiwanese males has been decreasing, with a drop of 1.2 cm, while 18-year-old Taiwanese females have been getting taller, even surpassing the 160 cm mark. Experts attribute this trend to factors such as balanced nutrition and increased physical activity in females. Concerns over children's growth and development have led to a surge in demand for pediatric consultations, with parents becoming increasingly focused on their children's well-being and growth.
